Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clientele who are currently taking part in alcohol and drug treatment facilities in Campo and in the USA. Judges in the country often find it more advantageous to rehab men and women who have wound up in the criminal justice system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than punishing them to no avail with time in jail and other penalties. It is proven to be more effective to tackle the trouble of addiction directly, than to enforce such penalties.
